GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:
For the earliest blooms, start your seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Sow them on the surface of your seed starting mix, pressing them gently into the soil. Keep the mix moist but not waterlogged, and give your seeds plenty of bright, indirect light. After the last frost, transplant your seedlings or sow directly outdoors, spacing them 12-18 inches apart. These asters love a sunny spot with well-draining soil and reward you with a stunning show of color in late summer and fall.
