GROWING INSTRUCTIONS (Included on packet): Start seeds indoors and stratify seeds by placing them in a wet paper towel in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 60 days. After stratification, sow seeds 1/4 inch deep in well-drained soil. Lilacs prefer full sun to partial shade and well-drained soil. Transplant once the seedlings are strong and healthy after the threat of frost.
