GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:
For spring planting, a 30 day cold stratification is needed before sowing. Start Ice Plant seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost date, or direct sow outdoors after the last frost. Sow seeds on the surface of well-draining soil, lightly pressing them into the soil, but not covering them. Space plants 8-12 inches apart in full sun. Water regularly, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. Seeds should germinate within 10-14 days. Ice Plants are drought-tolerant once established and will thrive in poor, sandy soils.
