This beautiful, aromatic plant has a wonderful citrus scent and is used as a spice or medicine. Fresh or dried, the flowers and leaves are ideal for preparing fresh herbal tea, lemonade, or iced tea. As a spice, the flowers and leaves can be added to desserts, salads and fish dishes.
