German Thyme, a cold-hardy and versatile herb, is a must-have for any culinary garden. Growing 6-12 inches tall, this perennial favorite offers a robust flavor and aroma that complements a wide range of dishes, from savory meats and hearty stews to delicate sauces and fragrant breads. Its compact size and tolerance for cooler temperatures make it an ideal choice for growing indoors on a sunny windowsill or outdoors in your herb garden.

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS:
Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Sow seeds on the surface of the soil and lightly press them in, as they need light to germinate. Keep the soil moist but not soggy and provide them with plenty of bright, indirect light. After the last frost, transplant seedlings outdoors, spacing them 12-18 inches apart in full sun. Thyme prefers well-draining soil and is drought-tolerant once established. Harvest fresh leaves as needed throughout the growing season.
